How do shops join?
Register on our registration page or message us on WhatsApp. We check your shop, you pay the one-time registration fee and choose a monthly plan with our team, and we set up your merchant account. Sending the form does not activate a shop or guarantee acceptance.
What do the plans include?
Starter (Rs 2,999 a month) gives 10 posts or deals and 10 stories a month, with support on WhatsApp. Pro (Rs 4,499) gives 20 of each, a blue verified tick, boosted placement and priority support. Elite (Rs 5,999) gives 30 of each, a green premium tick, top placement and a dedicated contact on our team. Every plan includes your shop profile, “seen by” on stories, likes, comments, followers, orders and QR deal claims.
What counts as a post, and what is a story?
A post or a deal is a photo with its details in the local feed; both use the same monthly count and stay up while your plan is active. A story is a quick update at the top of the app that disappears after 24 hours, counted separately.
What do boosted and top placement do?
They put a Pro or Elite shop where people look first. Its new posts and deals sit higher in the local feed for a while after they go up (longer for Elite), and the shop is listed above others in its category and in search: Elite first, then Pro. Placement never hides anyone: every shop can still be found.
What happens if I don’t pay a bill?
We remind you a few days before a bill is due, and again if it is late. Pay within your plan’s grace period (5, 7 or 10 days after the due date) and nothing changes. After that your shop goes offline at once. If the bill stays unpaid, your shop and its posts, followers and data are deleted permanently, and joining again means a new registration fee and plan.
Can my shop be in more than one category?
Yes. Our team lists your shop under the further categories that fit it, and you choose the category for each post. Customers see your posts on each category’s page, with your price and an Order button. Ask us on WhatsApp.
Is the registration fee refundable?
No. The one-time registration fee (Rs 499 at the launch price, until 31 October) is non-refundable. It pays for setting up your shop account, profile and team workspace.
Who sets the prices, discounts and delivery?
You do. Every price, discount, offer term and delivery charge is decided by your shop, never by us, and each offer shows its own terms to customers.
Do I pay anything on this website?
No. Your plan and the registration fee are confirmed and paid with our team on WhatsApp; nothing is charged on this website.
