What this site is
An introduction to Whisper Perks, a local discovery app being built for Faisalabad first. Shops launch on 1 November 2026. Beyond that, nothing on this site is a promise that a feature, shop or offer will be available on a particular date.
Enquiries are not bookings
Registering your interest is free. It is not an order, reservation, subscription or payment, and it does not create an app account. No payment is taken on this website.
For shops, an enquiry starts a conversation. Our team reviews the business, discusses commercial terms and, if both sides agree, creates an invited merchant account. Sending an enquiry does not activate a shop or guarantee acceptance.
Screens, names and photographs
App screenshots show the development interface with demo records. Shop names shown as local examples are not confirmed partners. Photographs illustrate categories, not a particular merchant or a current offer; they are licensed stock photographs or were supplied by the founder. The Ever Elite post on the home page is that shop's own post in the app, shown with its go-ahead: the photos and words are theirs.
Offers and payments in the app
When the app is live, participating merchants set and fund their own offers, including value, expiry and conditions. There is no guaranteed discount at every shop. Initial orders are planned around pay at shop and cash on delivery where a merchant offers delivery.
Merchant registration and plans
A shop joins with a one-time registration fee (Rs 1,000, Rs 499 at the launch price) and a monthly plan: Starter at Rs 2,999 with 10 posts or deals and 10 stories a month; Pro at Rs 4,499 with 20 of each and a blue verified tick; or Elite at Rs 5,999 with 30 of each and a green premium tick. Prices are in Pakistani rupees, per shop, and are agreed and paid with our team on WhatsApp, not on this website. These are launch prices, for shops that sign up by 31 October 2026, 11:59 PM Pakistan time; after that the full prices shown next to them apply.
Posts and deals share one monthly count; each story stays up for 24 hours. Posts stay up while the plan is active.
Each bill has a due date, and the shop is reminded before it and again if it is late. If a bill is still unpaid after the plan’s grace period (5 days on Starter, 7 on Pro, 10 on Elite, counted from the due date), the shop goes offline at once and its posts, deals and stories are hidden. If the bill stays unpaid, the shop and its posts, followers and data are deleted permanently, and joining again means a new registration fee and plan.
