Prelaunch site terms

Updated 15 September 2026. These terms cover this prelaunch website only. Terms of use, refund and merchant policies for the Whisper Perks app will be published before the app launches.

What this site is

An introduction to Whisper Perks, a local discovery app being built for Faisalabad first. The app is under development and no launch date has been announced. Nothing on this site is a promise that a feature, shop or offer will be available on a particular date.

Enquiries are not bookings

Registering your interest is free. It is not an order, reservation, subscription or payment, and it does not create an app account. No payment is taken on this website.

For shops, an enquiry starts a conversation. Our team reviews the business, discusses commercial terms and, if both sides agree, creates an invited merchant account. Sending an enquiry does not activate a shop or guarantee acceptance.

Screens, names and photographs

App screenshots show the development interface with demo records. Shop names shown as local examples are not confirmed partners. Photographs illustrate categories, not a particular merchant or a current offer. See image credits.

Offers and payments in the app

When the app is live, participating merchants set and fund their own offers, including value, expiry and conditions. There is no guaranteed discount at every shop. Initial orders are planned around pay at shop and cash on delivery where a merchant offers delivery.
